Combi boiler stopped working and was flashing a fault code

My tenants were left without hot water and heating when the combi boiler stopped working and an error code starting flashing. Martin responded immediately to my call and talked through the problem first, putting my mind at rest, and then came out to look at and fix it within 3 hours of reporting the problem. I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism and speed of his service and will certainly use his boiler and plumbing services when I need them in the future.
