Marty arrived at the given time to do a boiler change for me. He explained what he intended to do and suggested we went out for the day. On our return he had completed the installation and cleaned up. The place was spotless. He told me that the new boiler was working and he would return the following day to complete paperwork and complete a few small jobs that needed doing. Combi boiler stopped working and was flashing a fault code

My tenants were left without hot water and heating when the combi boiler stopped working and an error code starting flashing. Martin responded immediately to my call and talked through the problem first, putting my mind at rest, and then came out to look at and fix it within 3 hours of reporting the problem. Description interesting story line leak in waste pipe in basin Flooding of property because hot water pipe not fitted correctly it leaked . No 24 hour call out couldnt come out or send someone. The disabled person was with out hot water for a number of 18 hours until someone came at 2pm next day . Still waiting to repair damage. His Mate came and damage side panel. Going to take further.

Called Martin as we had a cistern that was overflowing, and then when I tried to turn the isolating valve, it started to drip. He agreed to come out the following day. He arrived promptly and quickly replaced the isolating valve and adjusted the cistern valve. He also cleaned some of the limescale that had built up around the cistern. He completed the job efficiently and tidily, also safely, taking into account the current COVID rules. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

So I messaged Martin the evening previous to say that we had had a bit of a disaster with our shower that had decided to leak water everywhere. Had to turn the water off Martin came over the next day to look at the shower unfortunately, being a really old shower, he wasn’t able to fix it. Instead took it off the wall and capped the pipes off, so at least we could have the water back on! Martin is going to quote us for replacing the shower. Martin fitted a new combi boiler for us which also included taking the old one out and the accompanying tanks out of the loft. He was polite and punctual and did a great job. He originally said it would take 2 days it he came back to put the cleaner through the system a few days later. Martin did a first rate job of replacing the shower valve. The valve was mounted and tiled over in an existing bathroom. Martin removed the plasterboard wall behind the valve so not to disturb the tiling, replaced the plasterboard and organised for re-plastering. All for an agreed fixed cost. A good clean job, would certainly recommend Martin and will use for future work.

Martin has done work for me in the past he did very good work then and still so today. He arrived time stated and carried out the work well, left every thing tidy taps look great he then service my boiler l am very happy with work carried out

We had recently moved into our property and needed the Boiler to be serviced, I contacted Martin and he got back to me very promptly. The boiler needed a lot of cleaning a well which Martin did for us and suggested improvement to make sure it was safe and compliant with regulations. We are very happy with his service and will definitely use his services again!
